Returns
We have a 45-day return policy, which means you have 45 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it — unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label and detailed instructions on how and where to send your package.
Items sent back without prior return authorization will not be accepted.

Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon arrival and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect. We’ll evaluate the issue and make it right as soon as possible.
Exceptions / Non-returnable Items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, including:

We also do not accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

Exchanges
The fastest way to receive your desired item is to return the original item and then make a separate purchase once your return is accepted.
European Union 14-Day Cooling-Off Period
If your order is shipped to the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without justification.
Your item must still meet the same eligibility criteria: unused, with tags, in its original packaging, and accompanied by proof of purchase.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you if the refund is approved.
If approved, the refund will be processed automatically to your original payment method within 3 business days.
Please note that it may take additional time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.

Shipping Policy
We offer flat-rate global shipping for $5 USD on all orders.
